Notification Feed

The Notification Feed page is a permanent catalogue of all the in-app notifications that you have ever received. Access your Notification Feed by clicking Go to Notification Feed in your Active Notifications panel.

The Notification Feed is a page that lists all notifications you have received. Each notification includes the following: 

• Notification type:

  • Document - notifications for Regular Publishing documents

  • Mass Publishing - notifications for Mass Publishing jobs

  • Portfolio info download – the status of the data you requested to download

• Link to the item the notification is regarding (e.g., a link to download)

• Description of the notification

• A symbol indicating the notification status:

  • Bell – you have not taken the action the notification prompts  

  • Box – you can no longer take the action the notification prompts

  • Checkmark – you have completed the action the notification prompts

• The time or date the notification was delivered

Notifications regarding downloads are dynamic. This means when the status of a data download changes the notification will be updated with that status.

How to filter your Notification Feed

The Notification Feed allows you to filter and search your notifications based on their state, type, and date. 

• Notification states:

  • All states

  • Outstanding 

  • Complete 

• Types of notifications (The available options are dependent on the configuration and permissions available to your profile:

  • All types - display all types of notifications available on your profile

  • Document

  • Mass Publishing

  • Portfolio info downloads

• Keyword filter

  • You can type keywords in this field to find notifications associated with your entry
