About our user guides

Client Portal’s user guides are meant to help you navigate and understand the app. To make the most of these guides, please keep the corresponding areas of the application each guide is explaining open in Client Portal as you read.

Navigating the guides

On the left-hand side of this window, there is a sidebar you can use to navigate between user guides. To open a guide for the corresponding areas of the application, simply click its name in the sidebar. You can also click the arrow next to any guides listed in the sidebar to reveal the sections within that guide. You can then click the name of any section to jump to it in a guide.
