Active Notifications
Active Notifications is a list of notifications relevant to your immediate use of the app. The list displays notifications in reverse chronological order, with the most recent notification at the top. To open your Active Notifications simply click the bell icon in the top right-hand corner of any page in Client Portal.

You receive different types of notifications to alert you of events that occur in the app or to provide you with helpful information. The different types of notifications include:
Announcement – account data has finished calculating
Download – the status of the data you requested to download
Notifications regarding calculations and downloads also include links to the Workspace where they occurred.
At the bottom of the Active Notifications menu, click Go to Notification Feed to open your Notification Feed.
