Filter your list of publishing jobs

The list of documents that appears on your Published Documents page can be filtered. This makes it easier for you to locate specific documents you want to view, download or edit.

There are several filters you can apply to the list. They are located in the Content Header and Toolbar directly above the list. 

These filters include:

• Publisher filter 

• Keyword filter

The Publisher filter opens a dropdown menu listing the names of users who have also made publications and the names of your investors who received publications. You can click any name so the list of publications only displays publications made by that colleague or received by that investor.

The Keyword filter is an input field where you can enter text you think would be included in the following:

• Document name 

• Description 

• File name
