You can reset widgets in the menu bar. Resetting widgets removes any filters and display options applied to currently displayed widgets, returning all widgets to their default settings.
To reset all widgets:

Select the Options button.

Select Reset Widgets in the dropdown menu.

Select Reset.
Resetting widgets does not affect the date range set in the date selector.
