The Edit Publication modal also allows you to rollback a publication. A rollback returns the files in a publication to the folder where they were originally stored. This prevents any investor from viewing the files or the publication they are in without actually removing the files from the FTP folder.
You can roll back a publication by clicking the Rollback button at the bottom of the Edit Publication modal, and then clicking the Rollback button in the confirmation modal that appears.
The Edit Publication modal also allows you to delete a publication. After you have deleted a publication, no users (including you) can view it and its underlying files are removed from the FTP folder.
You can delete a publication by clicking the Delete button at the bottom of the Edit Publication modal, and then clicking the Delete button in the confirmation modal that appears. Deleting a publication cannot be undone.
If a user is deleted, any documents that were published to them are simultaneously deleted and any file in a document, that was only published to that user is also deleted.
