The Holdings widget allows you to filter which holdings it displays. You can filter holdings based on their status by clicking the arrow in the top right-hand corner of the widget’s header and then selecting a status from the drop-down Filter menu that appears. You can select any of the following holding statuses:

Open – Holdings that an account holder has bought, but not fully sold

Closed – Holdings that an account holder has bought and completely sold

Both – Holdings that the account holder either has open or closed
When you sign in to Client Portal, the Holdings widget is automatically filtered to show Open holdings, as these are the holdings that shape an account’s portfolio at the As of Date set in the Date Selector.
Note: If an account has no holdings with the status you set in the filters at the As of Date you set in the date range, the Holdings widget displays a message to inform you of this.
