When you view consolidated accounts (i.e. multiple accounts displayed as one set of data), the Performance Comparison widget aggregates all the portfolios in a consolidated group and charts their performance as one value. That aggregated performance is then compared to the performance of a default benchmark assigned to the consolidated group.

While viewing consolidated accounts, gaps begin when every account in a group has no holdings in their portfolios or has no performance data to report and gaps end when one of those accounts has activity to report.
